Basic Document Required

• Passport should be valid, minimum for 6 months after the expiry of the proposed visa.

• Passport should be valid, minimum for 9 months after the expiry of the proposed visa.
• Visa application form.
• Two Photographs. 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with the head centred in the frame.The face should cover about 70-80 percent of the photo area. The photograph MUST be in color and have only a white background. Photos with dark, busy, or patterned backgrounds will not be accepted.
• Covering letter on business letter hade if pax was self employed.
• Invitation letter.
• Hotel conformation.
• First time traveler required 6 month Bank statement.
• Return Air tickets.
• Credit card copy Front & back.
• If pax is employee then leave letter from Organization.
• Copy of marriage certificate wherever necessary for eg. If wife's passport is in maiden name.
• For honeymoon couple wedding invitation card and NOC letter from parents.
• If Pax is traveling to Malaysia by road from any destination they have to mention in the covering letter what kind of transport they are using and provide the evidence accordingly.
• If pax is traveling from Singapore to Malaysia by road Singapore visa required.
• Hence forth Hotel conformation is required for Malaysia.
• First time traveler required 6 month Bank statement.

• Lease & License Agreement
• Last three month updated bank statement
• Income Tax returns (Form 16)
• Address proof in the Companies letter head (Original)
• MTNL, BSNL bill of last month
• Electricity bill of last month
• Marriage Certificate
• Credit Card Statement

• Visa Fee is required to be paid in form of bank draft in favour of Malaysian High Commission in New Delhi Office of the Assistant High Commissioner for Malaysia in Chennai.
• Malaysia announces Visa on arrival for the Indain Tourist / Social Visit for 30 days
• Documents to be carried are cofirmed return Air Ticket and a Valid Passport. The printout of the ticket should also be taken on Single page only (if the ticket is of two pages kindly take back to back printout.)
• Passenger is required to mentioned the working phone number and Hand phone number on the appropriate place in the visa form.
• This Visa Cannot be extended. Visa Fee 100 Malaysian Ringgits.
