Basic Document Required

• Passport should be valid, minimum for 6 months after the expiry of the proposed visa.

• Passport with validity of more than six months.
• 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed.
• Two recent(white or light ) background photographs 2 inches x 2 inches (roughly 50 mm square) with the head centered in the frame. The face should cover 50 percent of the photo area.
• Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
• Original Hotel Confirmation.
• Original day to day itinerary.
• Return confirmed ticket.
• Forex Endorsement With receipt or International Credit card copy.
• Income tax paper last 3 years.
• If employed then salary slips for last 3 month and appointment letter.
• Leave letter from company.
• Bank statement 6month.
• Company tax paper last 3 years.
• Company bank statement 3 month.

• Visa fees to be paid in cash
• Further, any change in fees, additional documents or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the Embassy.

• Day to day itinerary.
• Return confirmed ticket.
