Basic Document Required

• Passport should be valid, minimum for 6 months after the expiry of the proposed visa.

• Valid passport
• Visa application form duly filled in (photocopy form can be used)
• 1 Passport size colored photographs
• Covering Letter from the applicant stating purpose and duration of visit
• Detailed tour itinerary
• Tour confirmation & hotel confirmation
• Confirmed round - trip air ticket
• Required Company ITR and personal ITR for last 2 years.
• Required Indian Company Registration copy.
• Required Salary Slip of last 6 month with company stamp and appointment letter.
• Bank statement for last 6 months

• South Korean Visa's can be applied for at New Delhi irrespective of the jurisdiction of the issuance of passport.
• (Further, any change in fees, additional documents or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of embassy.)
• A visa does not entitle the bearer to enter the Republic of Korea upon arrival at the port of entry if he/she is found inadmissible.
• Any false or misleading statement may result in the refusal of a visa.
• If the sojourn is of over 90 days, the foreigner shall register with the chief of office or the chief of the branch office with jurisdiction over the place of sojourn.
• Applicants must check the requirements prior to application of the visas in order to avoid delay

• Original Invitation is Mandatory. Scanned / faxed invitations shall not be accepted.
• Registration copy of the Korean company.
• Company profile in brief.
• Bank statement for last six months.
• Required Company ITR for last 2 years.
• Required Indian Company Registration copy.
• Required Salary Slip of last 6 month with company stamp.
• Appointment letter from Company.
• 2 Yrs Income Tax return.
• Confirmed round - trip air ticket / booking certificate.
